Can AVRO customize a policy for my needs?

Absolutely! We’re happy to customize our policies to create the ideal solution for your needs.

What happens if I need to make a claim?

In order to make a claim, simply contact your broker and complete the claims form found on our website. All that’s left is to await AVRO’s speedy reply as we appoint a professional claims adjuster! 

 

Do I need a broker to get a quote from AVRO?

Yes, a broker is required. If you do not have one, get in touch with us and we will provide a list of reputable brokers to choose from. 

How long does it take to get a policy?

On average all polices will be recieved with 48 hours minimum to a maximum of 2 weeks

What happens if I need to make changes to my policy?

To make a policy change, contact your broker and advise them of the desired adjustment, and the adjusted premium will be determined. AVRO will then issue an endorsement and a pro-rated invoice. 

Does AVRO cover commercial risks?

Yes, we only cover commercial risks.

How early can I get a quote?

Quotes are available within 60 days of the effective date of coverage.

Can I increase my coverage limit?

Yes, limits can be increased at any point during the period of coverage or upon renewal.
